After launching its two new models SYM Diablo (300 cc) & Cevalo (125 cc). Mahindra's collaboration with SYM (Taiwanese auto giant) will give competition to the already established companies in Indian market. ie. Hero Honda, Bajaj & TVS auto.
If we go through the tech specs of these two power bikes. Diablo & Cevalo look far better than its rival HH, Bajaj & TVS.
There are speculations that SYM Cevalo will be launched in 125 cc, 15 BHP, air cooled engine. SOHC & 5 speed gearbox.
While the SYM Diablo will be launched in 300 cc, around 30 BHP, liquid cooled engine.
The SYM Diablo will more like a cruiser bike while SYM Cevalo will be similar to Yamaha FZ 16.
